Planned Outage in the N2EX Production Environment- Friday 27 May 2011 00:05 – 01:00 UK Local Time.

This is notification that the N2EX production environment will not be available during the time stated above on the 27th May due to a planned outage in the N2EX production environment.

Which N2EX market systems will be affected?

The CONDICO trading platform and the CONDICO clearing stations will not be accessible during the service break.

Will this impact N2EX members?

In order to cause as little disruption to members as possible the service break has been planned as an extension of the daily market halt. During this time members will not be able to access the CONDICO trading platform or CONDICO clearing station.

What maintenance is taking place?

This planned outage is being used to carry out maintenance on the storage area as part of our migration to a new SAN (Storage area network) solution from Hitachi Data Systems.

There will be no changes made to the Trading System Client Applications or the Clearing Clients and the platforms will remain unchanged when the spot market trading session opens for trading at 01:00am UK local time.
